Working Towards The Next Level

This past Saturday & Sunday Whiscalina and I had a couple of great rides! Sue was over on the Island again for lessons at both Storybook Stables and the Winsloe Equestrian Centre. We continued to work on the things we started with last time Sue was over and Whiscalina was working great!

The second level work is coming very nicely and she's really liking it. It's a lot of fun working with her on those excersises because she's just so elastic and willing. Her movements are still improving and the trot just keeps getting bigger and more expressive! She's quite bouncy at times to sit on!

In December we plan to travel to Canning, Nova Scotia, to ride in another clinic with Cindy Ishoy. Cindy is Canada's dressage Olympian and she travels to Nova Scotia on a regular basis for clincis. Last spring we also rode with Cindy and I really enjoyed Cindy's teaching style and I'm looking forward on getting her instruction again next month.
