IHC Senior Female Athlete 2008

Recently, Island Horse Council and ADL awarded me with the title of 2008 Senior Female Equestrian Athlete. It was nice to receive this recognition after the wonderful season Whiscalina and I had!

Dressage PEI also awarded me with a nice trophy for Senior DPEI athlete of the year.

The award night was held Saturday November 22 at the Coady Banks arena and a great turkey dinner meal was served. All other Island clubs such as Horse Trials, Western, Reining, etc were at the banquet to award their members with well deserved awards.

Two of my students were also happy to receive awards. My youngest student, Tia, received the Dressage PEI Junior Award for the wonderful job she did with her pony Cloe. Ambre took home an award from Horse Trials PEI with her mare Wanja.
